The Swedes have been drawn against the winners of the second round tie between Montenegrin side Budućnost Podgorica and Polish team Śląsk Wrocław. The latter lead 2-0 from the away leg and will be heavy favourites to get through.
Whoever does make it through though, Helsingborg will be favourites in the third round.
South African-born Ricardo Nunes and his Slovakian side Zilina will play the winner of the tie between Azernaijani outfit Neftchi Baku and Georgian side Zestafoni. That is if they get past Israeli side Ironi Kiryat Shmona having won 1-0 in the first leg. Nunes missed a late penalty in that game.
Young South African goalkeeper Reyaard Pieterse and his Irish side Shamrock Rovers have been drawn against Belgian champions Anderlecht, assuming they get past Lithuanian side Ekranas in the second round. Rovers must travel to Lithuania having been held 0-0 in the first leg.
The first leg matches in the third round will be played on July 31/August 1, with the second set for August 7/8.
