Golden Arrows have completed the signing of goalkeeper Siya Mngoma from University of Pretoria.

Mngoma has signed a two year contract.

The former national Under-23 keeper’s departure from AmaTuks has come as a big surprise after helping the club to get promoted to the Premiership.

Speaking to KickOff.com, Mngoma cited new challenges as the reason for leaving AmaTuks.

"At some point in time as a football player you need to grow up and face new challenges and this is the reason I decided to leave AmaTuks to join Golden Arrows," says Mngoma.

Abafana Besithende have so far signed midfielder Justine Zulu and Stanton Lewis to bolster their squad for the new season.
