Former Portsmouth defender Aaron Mokoena will be playing for Bidvest Wits this season.

Mokoena's move to Wits has been subject to him clearing his money issues with English club Portsmouth which are now sorted.

Representatives of Mokoena have confirmed that the Wits deal is done but are not willing to reveal the length of the contract.

Mbazo started training with Wits after coming to an agreement with Portsmouth over what the club owes him.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwean teenager Denver Mukamba appears likely to be signed by the club as he has been told to remain at the club while fellow countryman Roderick Mutuma has returned home.

Wits also have a Malawian striker training with them who also appears likely to be signed.
