Celtic admitted to KickOff.com on Tuesday that they have made an enquiry about Mogorosi, who has signed a two-year deal with Zimbabwean side FC Platinum but denied signing him despite reports to the contrary.
However, new information reaching us is that FC Platinum, who initially issued a hands off warning, have now relented and are now keen on doing business with Celtic or any South African club for that matter. But Siwelele are in pole position to sign him.
FC Platinum paid Mochudi Centre Chiefs P400 000 (R431 000) for his services and paid the player a signing fee of P147 000 (R153 000) after he signed with them in March.
As it stands, FC Platinum could make a profit on a player who has never even played a match for them as he was still finishing the season with Mochudi.
