Haruna Lukman, another Nigerian international in the side, was also on target in the encounter.
Ideye, who finished last season with 15 goals to emerge as Dynamo's highest goal scorer, scored in both halves of the warm-up game and provided an assist for compatriot Haruna, who opened his goal scoring account in the 16th minute. It was his first since joining the club last summer from Monaco.
Haruna was however replaced by Dennis Garmash in the 37th minute after he received a painful blow on the shoulder.
Both players are hoping to be in the list of players that Stephen Keshi will invite for the last 2013 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Liberia in September.
Ideye was substituted by Artem Kravets in the 67th minute, while fit-again Eagles defender Yusuf Ayila joined the action in the 67th minute in place of Yevhen Khacheridi.
The Ukrainian football season will be streamlined to normal European season - starting in August and ending in May, from the 2012/13 season.
