The Botswana international has been a subject of intense transfer speculation despite the fact that he has signed a two-year deal with Zimbabwean side FC Platinum and he is expected to arrive at the club around July 15.
Kaizer Chiefs also enquired about the player, but FC Platinum, who paid Mochudi Centre Chiefs P400 000 (R431 000) for his services and paid the player a signing fee of P147, 000 (R153 000), insisted they are not keen on doing business but rather are waiting for their new player to arrive.
Fresh claims have emerged in Botswana that Bloemfontein Celtic have signed the player on a three-year deal worth P3 million (R3 130 000), but Celtic are adamant no deal has been done.
"We made an enquiry about the player, but we have not signed him … maybe if we start talks then we will tell you we are interested," Celtic CEO Khumbulani Konco insists.
Mogorosi is apparently backtracking on the FC Platinum deal and he is, instead, keen on a move to South Africa but FC Platinum are having none of it and have issued a hands off warning.
