Chilli Boys owner Chippa Mpengesi told KickOff.com last week that he would stick with Roger Sikhakane, who led the team to promotion.
“We have a coach who understands our team culture; I can't afford to have someone that will come with a different philosophy. I am happy with the coach and the technical team and that will remain the same with no changes,” Mpengesi said at the time.
But it seems he has since seen the need for some experience and has roped in the former AmaZulu and Golden Arrows coach, who became a household name after leading Arrows to a 6-0 MTN8 Final win over Ajax Cape Town in 2009.
