Kaizer Chiefs have denied rumours that they are interested in signing Santos midfielder-cum-striker Erwin Isaacs.
KickOff.com has been informed that a potential deal was discussed even before Santos took part in the PSL Promotion Play-offs.
However, Chiefs' football manager Bobby Motaung says Stuart Baxter asked for a squad of 28 players and he's got exactly that number in camp at the moment.
"The coach wanted 28 players and he has 28 players," Motaung says.
"If we buy more players it means we must then move other players (to create space), so we haven't spoken about Erwin Isaacs," Motaung insists.
