Former Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Thela Ngobeni has resurfaced at University of Pretoria, where he hopes to impress coach Steve Barker.
Ngobeni is clubless after being dumped by Amakhosi during the off-season to give way for Brilliant Khuzwayo, who was signed from AmaZulu.
AmaTuks, who have signed Vincent Kobola and David Radebe from Jomo Cosmos and United FC receptively, have also invited former Mamalodi Sundowns midfielder Koketso Mmotong and Dipsy Selolwane from SuperSport United for trials.
Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Sepeke Manamela has also began trials, while a Gabonese left-back is expected to be signed soon.
