Every month in KICK OFF's 'The Secret Footballer' column, the behind-the-scenes antics in South African soccer are revealed.
This month he talks about what went on during Bafana Bafana camps under Pitso Mosimane.
"One of my closest boys [in the recent Bafana camp] told me it's soul-destroying. The players are demoralised, they're all picturing where they could rather be with their loved ones. They are the laughing stock of the nation, and they are bored.
"The best time in camp has apparently been taking bets on who will be the next Bafana coach. I am happy Pitso is gone. His camps were always the worst. Long, boring, he was like a prison warder and was so arrogant."

Our anonymous footballer says Mosimane was 'two-faced', making the players play according to his tactics, and then telling the media "we lose that he just gets the players, there is nothing he can do about our quality."
