Leopards spokesperson Tendani Thidiela tells KickOff.com the club has struck a deal with the Zimbabwean international with the only hold up being Lidoda Duvha's weekend fixture against Sudanese side Al-Merreikh.
"We held fruitful talks with him [Sweswe] and I am certain he will sign a contract with the club," Thidiela tells KickOff.com.

"We are due to leave for Sudan later today and because of our preparations for the match, we were not able to complete the paperwork related to the deal.
"I can confidently say that 90% of the deal is complete and things will be finalised next week after our Confederation Cup match," adds the Leopards spokesperson.
Sweswe is now surplus to requirements at Chiefs, who recently bolstered their options in defence through the acquisition of the Bafana Bafana duo of Morgan Gould and Siboniso Gaxa.
Meanwhile, Leopards are yet to receive a formal bid for the services of midfielder Luyolo Mapolisa who has attracted the interest of both Platinum Stars and Bidvest Wits.
"We are still waiting for those two clubs to approach us. We will decide with the player on what course of action to take once the club has been approached," says Thidiela.
