KickOff.com revealed on Friday that the Bafana Bafana defender was in talks with Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki over a possible move.
Khumalo has seen precious little game-time for Tottenham Hotspur since moving there last year, with loan spells at Preston North End and Reading a brief respite from time in the stands.
The 25-year-old’s agent, Glyn Binkin, says a decision should be reached by the end of the week.
“We will definitely know something in the next few days,” Binkin tells KickOff.com. “PAOK have already started pre-season and are desperate to finalise their plans, and that suits us too.”
Binkin also confirms that PAOK are the only club they are currently negotiating with.
