New Mamelodi Sundowns striker Edward Manqele says playing alongside the team's galaxy of stars will have a positive effect on his career.
Manqele has signed a three-year deal with the Brazilians, which has a two-year option.
The former Free State Stars marksman says he is delighted to move to Sundowns.
“I'm looking forward to playing for Mamelodi Sundowns especially because they have brilliant players like Katlego Mphela, Teko Modise and company," he tells the club's website.
"Playing alongside such players will have a positive effect on my own personal game. I know there's been a lot of speculation about my move from Free State Stars and I'm really happy to be a Sundowns player finally,” he adds.
