Monama: No concrete offers

Black Leopards midfielder Raymond Monama has not been approached by clubs

Black Leopards midfielder Raymond Monama says he will only consider leaving the club if he is approached by the two clubs reportedly vying for his signature.

The 22-year-old gifted player, who is contracted to Lidoda Duvha until June 2013, challenges Moroka Swallows and SuperSport United to put an offer on the table if they are interested in securing his services.    "So far I am in the dark because Black Leopards have not received any enquiries about my services," Monama tells KickOff.com.   "The clubs that are after me should make concrete offers to prove that they are serious. Without this, there is really nothing to talk about," he adds.    "We started training on Monday (18 June) and maybe things will become clearer in the next coming days. I still have a contract with Black Leopards and I will continue to focus on my football."   Leopards, who will be parting ways with a Kaizer Chiefs-bound Kingston Nkatha, are unlikely to let go of another key player as this could seriously affect their campaign next season.   During the 2011/12 season, the midfielder played a key role in the Limpopo-based side's successful bid to remain playing in the South African topflight.   Monama will also be crucial for Black Leopards in their CAF Confederation Cup campaign. Leopards face El Merrikh of Sudan later this month in the first leg of the last 16 stage of the competition.
