Tuks offer Nato a trial

University of Pretoria have offered Botswana midfielder Ofentse Nato a trial

Posted: 18 June 2012 Time: 02:52 pm

Newly-promoted Premier League side University of Pretoria will welcome Botswana midfielder Ofentse Nato on trial next week.

Nato, who is known as ‘Size 10' in his home country, currently plays for Gaborone United and he scored against Bafana Bafana in a 1-1 draw recently.   "That's correct. He will start on Monday next week (June 25)," Tuks coach Steve Barker confirms.   Nato will have five days to impress the Tshwane side.   Follow me on Twitter @TTM16

Guys calm down my bothers, i dont see anything wrong here. U are saying that he doesnt have to be trialed because you people see him week in and week out.The South Africans have done nothing wrong because they have seen him only on few occasions and most recently when Bafana played The Zebras. So dont blame the South Africans for your non development of sports and thus poor coverage. I know the guy very well and i think he is going to pass with flying colors but dont blamethem if they want to trial him, blame Botswana's state of affairs as far as sport is concerned. And by the way, i saw someone who i think is better than him in the Kgalagadi area over the weekend...have u guys ever seen him? Do u think GU should trial him or just sign him! EXACTLY! Anyway, good luck to size 10. I think he will be a success in the PSL.

This is a joke.......A player with so much AFCON and CAF club competition experience you call him for trial at a University team that has just promoted to the elite leaque!!! Tuks surely have no clue how it pens out in the Elite leaque....for their own info Kaizer Chiefs and Bloem Celtics have already made an offer already and Tuks you lose on a star.Teams will snatch a player in from of your eyes..Watch the space

For those of you who dont know, this boy is 22yrs old and he was able to show his pedigree against men much older and plying their trade in Europe.
He is the reason why people rarely see ball players excelling when they play against the Zebras of botswana, not the fakes. Good luck boy, I tend to agree with "CAF rule" that serious teams are gonna grab this boy before Amatuks complete their assessment.
