Khenyeza enjoyed the best of his football at Ajax, scoring 23 goals in 34 starts in the one season (2008/09) that he spent at the club.
Three years later and Khenyeza hasn’t managed to score as many goals as he did in one year at the Urban Warriors.
After 30 months at Mamelodi Sundowns, Khenyeza moved over to SuperSport United in January where he was slow getting off the mark, scoring just once.
“We are always interested in him [Khenyeza] because he played his best football for us in Cape Town. So we are obviously keeping a keen eye on him and will surely be interested in having him again,” says George Comitis, the Ajax CEO.
With the system that Gavin Hunt plays and the wide variety of strikers that he has at his disposal at SuperSport Hunt can afford to let go of Khenyeza whose chances of regular game-time are limited.
A possible swap deal of players could open up the way for Khenyeza to head to Ajax as SuperSport are understood to be keen on two Ajax players.
Just like almost every club in the PSL Ajax are on the hunt for a striker along with a central defender that they have been hunting for in Nigeria and Ghana.
The club’s head of technical affairs Jan Pruijn has already identified three central defenders from which they will eventually snap one.

I hope The Fat One, Bobby "levezandlebe" Motoung does not bid for him because he will then call it an auction, sign Khanyeza in the media, cry conspiracy, tell us about the love letter & how Khanyeza followed KC as a kid.
Just wish we can gave Ajax Cloete, Johannes & Chansa including CASH for Mokeke.
