According to a source close to Mohammed, the player's agent Erica Bester has arranged the trials.
"She's taking Mike to Platinum Stars, SuperSport and Mpumalanga Black Aces. Depending on what the first team thinks about him he would move on to the next," said the source.
Mohammed confirmed the news: "Erica's my agent in South Africa and she's alerted me on the new developments, which I'm excited about.
"I will be leaving soon like next week to get ready for training at the trials with Platinum Stars. I also have to go to SuperSport United."
He added, "I'm currently waiting for Wanderers to give me their blessing as I still consider myself under their control and they have been good to me."
Mohammed added that while he could still play in Swaziland next season, he first wanted to try his luck in South Africa.
