The Black Stars have been camping in Johannesburg in preparation for Saturday's match against the Chipolopolo in Ndola.
They will hold their last training session at Sundowns’ training ground in Johannesburg.
The Black Stars arrived in South Africa on Sunday and have since been training at the University of Johannesburg.
The training session on Wednesday afternoon will end their training camp in South Africa as they will depart for Zambia on Thursday morning.
Ghana are currently top of Group D aftertheir emphatic 7-0 win over Lesotho in their opening game in the group.
Zambia, the African champions, lost 2-0 to Sudan in the group's other game.
