Various clubs faced a PSL DC hearing recently and here is the outcome of those cases.

Kaizer Chiefs FC: Chiefs pleaded guilty to a charge of spectator misbehavior. This is after Chiefs supporters threw a variety of objects at the people walking into the tunnel following their match against SuperSport United on 28 April 2012.   They were fined R150, 000; R100, 000 suspended for 12 months. R50, 000 will be paid into a spectator education fund to be administered by the PSL. Chiefs will issue a written apology to the League and its sponsors and post it on their and PSL’s websites within seven days of the order. Chiefs media officer will have to address spectators about spectator behaviour at the club’s first six home fixtures for the 2012/13 season prior to kick-off and at half-time.   Orlando Pirates FC: Pirates were found guilty of spectator misbehavior after their fans invaded the pitch during the Telkom Knockout Final in December, 2011 at the Moses Mabhida Stadium. The matter reconvened this week for parties to argue for sanction. Pirates requested a postponement and the matter will now be heard on 08 June 2012.   Bay United FC: Following a complaint by Dynamos, Bay United was charged with fielding an improperly registered player. The matter was adjourned to 07 June 2012.   Chippa United: Chippa United were charged for allegedly fielding an improperly registered player following a complaint made by Blackburn Rovers. Judgment will be delivered on 04 June 2012.   Carara Kicks: Following a complaint by Dynamos, Carara Kicks was charged with fielding an improperly registered player. Carara Kicks applied for postponement. Matter postponed to 8 June 2012.

This thing of improperly registered players is taking us back, PSL must come with a time saving corrective measure.
For instance, Players'registration must be checked by a match official on time before kick-off. Any mistake to that effect must be put squarely on the match official shoulder rather than a team. Play-offs are now held hostage by this nonsense
