The team left Harare two days after the 2-0 win over Zimbabwe and landed in Johannesburg a little after 3pm yesterday. The team was met at the OR Tambo International Airport by Nigerian High Commission and Safa officials, and immediately proceeded on a two hour drive to Rustenburg, some 160km North of Johannesburg, to the team's Hunters Rest Mountain Resort accommodation, where they will put up for six days. The Hunters Rest Mountain Resort has played host to some of the World's biggest teams, including 2010 Fifa World Cup Champions Spain, who stayed at the hotel during the 2009 Confederations Cup. The hotel management also takes pride in the fact that the South Korean national team chose the resort as their base during the first ever Fifa World Cup hosted in Africa in 2010. The Super Falcons will play Banyana on Sunday at the Royal Bofakeng Stadium in Rustenburg at 6.45pm South African time (5.45pm Nigerian time).
