Doue, 42, has been an international referee since 2004, and was at the centre when the Super Eagles were forced to a 2-2 draw by Guinea in their final 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match at the National Stadium, Abuja on October 8, 2011. The draw meant two-time champions Nigeria missed out of the finals in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea. Doue will be assisted at the June 17 match by compatriots Songuifolo Yeo (42, international assistant referee since 2004) as Assistant Referee 1, Moussa Bayere (37, international assistant referee since 2006) as Assistant Referee 2 and; Bienvenu Sinko (32, international referee since the beginning of this year) as Fourth Official. The Match Commissioner is Abdoulaye Lawandji Mahamat from Tchad. Both teams played a 0-0 draw during the first leg in Kigali on February 29.
