Ghana's Under-20 side will prepare for their Africa Youth Championship qualifying campaign with a competition in South Africa that will feature Nigeria, Brazil and Argentina.
Black Satellites' management committee chairman George Afriyie says the tournament will take place at the end in April and will be a key platform for the side who are looking to return to the World Youth Championships after their disappointment last year.
"We are putting together a comprehensive planto ensure that what happened to the [Black] Satellites last yeardoesn't happen again," George Afriyie says.
"The first step is to give the Satellites the chance to play tough opponents and give them the adequate preparation needed to ensure that theyqualify for the World Cup and excel.
"The tournament in South Africa willgive the players the chance to face tough opponents like Brazil, Argentina, Nigeria and Japan, who are tough customers as far as youth football in concerned.
"This is the first step by the GFA and very soon we will be unveiling our comprehensive plans forthe future."
