New Bafana away kit hits stores in February

Puma are releasing new South African football fan wear on February 15 – including the new Bafana Bafana away kit.

Bafana have worn the away kit just once, but South African fans were not able to see it; during the 0-0 draw away to Equatorial Guinea, which was not televised.

Selected stores will stock the national team's new merchandise: a Bafana Bafana away shirt (R599) and the South Africa 'walk out jacket' (R999)

With all these jerseys tsa bafana, SAFA thinks re nyela zaka you know! They've just released the new Puma strip(home, away or whatever), not so long ago...and now these!

I'm writing this for 3rd time as it is not going through.I will keep it short.

-I have a problem with Bafana Shirt because it doesn't have South Africa as a Rainbow Nation identity(no rainbow colours)
-Previous technical sponsors negleted this element & Puma hasn't shown the desire to incorporate the Rainbow colours.
-Another point is that how often the design get changed like underwears which for me doesn't help supporters to embrace that shirt.

Take a leaf out of Argentine,Brazil,Cameroon & others were their colours remain & if I'm overseas wearing an Old Bafana shirt I dont get noticed because the design & colours are changed like underwears.

South Africa need to celebrate the difficulty that were past in forming a Rainbow Nation by showing it to the world.

Almost if not all the African countries failed to achieve this process & how nice & painful will it be to hear a soccer commentator explaining the reasons behind that shirt.

Argentina has used more or less a same shirt with different technical sponsors,so why will it be difficult for us?

This is not about pushing sales because not everyone is buying this shirt including myself as they don't appeal to me.

Next year during Afcon we will be getting a new shirt & there after there will be World Cup qualifier shirt.

That's really too much especially with no identity.

the yellow one got some little inspiration from a team i wnt name on basis of confidentiality

the green one is wow...i pray to god that yeye stays injured so that he wont ruin the glamour of that jersy. ugly playas give national teams bad image

Another problem with Safa is that they also lack a sense of art and beauty, not to mention a sense of reasoning: because every African country happens to wear Puma we must also join the chorus? We are stooping very low in every deparment of football, at least can we have something going well. The shirt looks like a carbon copy of the Cameroun jersey moes, and some nice ANC colours, makes one wonder!

Stop lying, you are broke, bafana bafana is a national team and this jersey is not just for bafana, even your under 23,20,17 and banyana banyana will use it.if you do not have money stop criticing to make yourself feel better. This kit is also not designed for fat people, because it is a slim fit.

I think der 's something dat we don't understand here Puma comes with better offer than Adidas Dat's way Puma it's our currently national sponsor, when it comes to designer even YOU, you can design something and send it to Puma the way you will want Bafana to wear after approval Puma will made it, the current Jersey it's been design by two Indian Guys it 's just unfortunetly i forget thier names,

Sister P @ agree with you if the people doesn't have money to buy it let them keep quiet as this jersey it's one of the best, more even better than some of psl teams that i can't mention by names.

i believe at this time more than millions of this jersey it's already made in Bruma and Marabstad ( China Shops)

1 thing 4 sure,we won't have the same opinion in live.

Other wise live will be boring.I also don't think I should keep quiet about Bafana Bafana jersey.

Its a right of some to like it & some not to like it.I also put down my reason to say why it is not appealing to me.

If you like it & just say those who don't like it must keep quiet,that's not reasons but rather trying to suppress freedom of expression.

The jersey can do with more of showcasing rainbow colours on it.
