Mamelodi Sundowns striker Nyasha Mushekwi has ignited English enquiries with two London clubs believed to be now closely monitoring him with a possible move to happen in June.
KickOff.com understands that an agent with Zimbabwean roots has been aggressively marketing Mushekwi in England as the 24 year-old striker's build is suited to the rugged English game.
Fulham and West Ham United have been mentioned as being potential suitors there is also another unnamed Championship club sniffing around.
The interest from Fulham has been hanging since last season but has been reactivated again.
The Whites have been left a bit thin in attack following the transfer deadline move of Bobby Zamora to Queens Park Rangers.
Enquiries have already been made to Sundowns who are merely waiting to see what comes out of the interest at the end of the season.
A superb first year at Sundowns last season when Mushekwi scored 15 goals in 18 starts has raised the profile of the burly striker who has continued scoring this season despite not being a regular starter.
Despite earlier reports Mushekwi is not on the list of 80 players suspended from national duty by the Zimbabwe Football Association in the Asiagate match fixing scandal.
Mushekwi has been constantly linked to the shaming incidents but the list released by Zifa doesn't have his name.
Also not named amongst the suspended players who will need to face the Independent Ethics Committee for the possible removal of the bans is Ajax Cape Town midfielder Tafadzwa Rusike.
