Moses not for sale: Martinez

Wigan manager Roberto Martinez insists Nigeria's Victor Moses is not for sale.

New QPR boss Mark Hughes had been tipped to launch a bid for the former Crystal Palace man.

Speaking about the Nigerian, Martinez brushed away speculation linking young winger Moses with a January exit.

But the Latics boss said: "Moses is not for sale. Whatever could happen in next 48 hours is going to be for the good of Wigan.

"When you get into a position where your contract is short-term with a club then it's a completely different situation."

Colin Udoh
