Ajax Cape Town have confirmed the signing of Nigerian striker George Akpabio.
KickOff.com reported earlier on Monday that the former Plateau United marksman was on the brink of becoming an Urban Warrior and he has indeed signed for the Cape side.
“He has signed a two-year-and-a-half contract with an option for two more years,” Ajax CEO George Comitis confirms.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Kyle Peters has been promoted from the junior ranks.
Peters has signed a 4-and-half-year contract with Ajax.
