Crystal Palace serious about Shabba

KickOff.com can reveal that Crystal Palace have offered to sign Bafana Bafana midfielder Siphiwe Tshabalala for next season.

'Shabba' recently returned to South Africa after successful trials with the Championship side, and his agent Jazzman Mahlakgane says the club are serious about signing him.

"Crystal Palace have indicated that they want to sign him. The only thing we are waiting for is the package that they what to offer the player," Mahlakgane says.

I hear that Chiefs is willing to let Shabba to join Crystal Palace for free at the end of the season.

I wonder why can't Chiefs release Shabba now for as cheap as R2m transfer price. It is good for Simphiwe to move now while the English team coach is impressed, rather than waiting for fried chips to get cold in June.
