Orlando Pirates striker Bongani Ndulula eyes European trials

Ndulula eyes European trials

Posted: 2012-01-17 09:28

Orlando Pirates say they will have the final decision on whether or not to give Bongani Ndulula the green light to go overseas for trials.

'Drogba', who has not seen much action since South Africa's all-time leading scorer Benni McCarthy arrived at Pirates, is trying to forge links with European clubs in a bid to secure a trial stint.

The 22-year-old, who is being marketed in Europe by former player Trevor Steven, could soon be heading for trials with French League 2 outfit Monaco.

Pirates spokesperson Mickey Modisane says the club will have to weigh up a number of factors before allowing Ndulula to try his luck in Europe.

"Bongani knows he will have to get permission from us before he attends trials," Modisane says.

"That is how it is done. We will have the last say because he is under contract. But we will cross that river when we get to it.

"Right now these are just reports and nothing is certain. We are waiting and monitoring the situation."

Ndulula, whose contract with the Sea Robbers runs until June 2013, has endured a frustrating spell that has seen him being overlooked by coach Julio Leal, who prefers to field McCarthy, Thulasizwe Mbuyane or Ndumiso Mabena.

This is premature ambition. At 22 he should have settled in his team but trying ur luck in Europe with a law self esteem might be a bad option.

Dooba OPC: 2012-01-17 09:46

This condom has not scored a single goal this season (not even a penalty, even the cow Mabema has score something)... how else is he going to score goals abroad if he could not score at home? But the mafia has the last say.

TMG 2009: 2012-01-17 09:48

according to SMARMY Long Tailed Creatures from RAT-ville only COWS are invited for trails and qaulity players are signed..tltltltltlttltltl...how ironic to see that there are COWS in the GALAXY of USELESS DONKEY's camp!!! hehehehehehe...Drogba this and that...when you were reminded that this boys is a COW you made all sort of noise, now he is "TRYING" to get invited for trails not that he is invited, which shows that he is very much unknown and when the likes of SHABBA are invited they are called names!!!

young as you are boy but you cant even make it against the BIG BABY who injure himself by kicking a ball...you are just useless period, why not ENGLAND or SPAIN instead of FRANCE's second string? soon you will be loaned out to MVELA...tltltltltltltltlt...so it's true that you are not ENGLISH; SPANISH or RATs material!!!! go ahead RATs knock your selves off by cursing me i know you'll good at it!!!!

LEFA SCHOEMAN : 2012-01-17 09:56

This youngman must make a run for it, his combo with Mshishi in the U/23's is to die for.
Leal wo'nt bench McDoubleTwister anytime soon cause he speaks his mind. Jy weet, I ca'nt wait for the day somoene tickles Benni the wrong way, yoh!.....kuzonyiwa daai dag....he'll tell Lekgwathi straight in his grof face: "Achuss! fok julle mense maan, my naam is Bennie! ek sal almal van julle verkoop en betaal tot hulle dood is, jy ook jou krokodil-gesig, kak kaptein, maak nie my bang nie, jou p**s ook"! Lol.

Truly speaking, Benni's volatile nature is a waiting time bomb which we the rivals hope blows up soon, saphela umsindo we-Pirates!

KING?: 2012-01-17 10:21

Sweyts: Bennie respects the chairman and the brand.

Bongani Ndulula has won everything in the PSL and this is a fact, he must just stay and get expirience in CAF. This boy is very talented and as for his trials in France, i think its a waste of time.

Drogba must stay and fight.

brazilitto : 2012-01-17 10:28

Heita sweyts. Benni has a double cheese burger tattoo on his tummy

This is where Leal lacks,he does not know when 2 use his players n Krol was gud at knowing his players.Ndulula's cv looks gud anyways bt he shud stay n learn frm Benni.

Matt/ Tremble4DaTrebleChamps: 2012-01-17 10:58

@TMG "according to SMARMY Long Tailed Creatures from RAT-ville only COWS are invited for trails and qaulity players are signed..tltltltltlttltltl..."

U should be the last freak to write such msuzo after nyawana from Zebra Chimps has been to two trials overseas at an old age of 27. He failed first time and he'll do so again. Yoh, chimps fans must be suffering from something worse than I thought. Ngempela kumele nonke niyobhekwa amakhanda coz awathathi kahle.

Sweyts : 2012-01-17 11:17

Hola weita Brazilitto's! Yizo Dawana lam'! lol. He also has a "Burger Lyf", instead of "Thug Lyf" tatoo under the 'cooler bag' in honur of Threepac, a fat gangsta hero of his from the Cape flats! lol.

Wrong Turn : 2012-01-17 11:26

He won't make it,dis guy he is nt a quality striker he dnt knw hw 2 turn wen he has a ball on his feet he dnt even knw hw 2 take on de deffender.

Swona Champ!: 2012-01-17 11:38

brazilitto : 2012-01-17 11:55

boms : 2012-01-17 12:21

mhlanga: 2012-01-17 12:25

@Dooba, TMG et al, You're the most idiotic and studid creatures I've heard of in this planet earth!! I doubt very much if youve've heard of the term "logic" and reasoning. Or you've never set foot at school if so, you all either failed woodwork or venecular judging by the vile you spew in this forum!! Or you write left handed with your right hand musturbating. Handsoff Ndulula IDIOTS!!

Totalfootlball : 2012-01-17 12:26

You know to be a fan can be dangerous especially if u just love nothing but everything about your team.to say Ndulula cannot do it in Europe simply because he is not a regular at Pirates is an understatement.people must learn that coaches are different and some coaches prefer certain players simply because they have attributes which are different from others!
In the case of Ndulula,it does not mean he can't play in Europe because most coaches there like big and robust strikers and Ndulula has that.

TMG 2009: 2012-01-17 12:44

like i said RATs keep those insults coming cos that's the only thing you good at...you wanna talk "logic"? tltltltltlttl...this is funny cos most of you LONG TAILED CREATURES never make sense especially when commenting about players from other teams you always sound like constipated creatures!!! NYAWANA was invited wether he fails or not fact remains he was invited, not inviting himself to a team that is not even interested...problem with you SMARMY creatures is that you can give it but cant take it, you post twaak day-in & day-out here but when others return a favour you start thinking of schools, logic and all those things that make sense...my comments where not meant to make sense to you "HYPOCRITE", i wanted to piss you off!!! YES and HONESTLY so the boy is just a big COW, he is an insult to the likes of MAJORO & JAYIYA who are forever called "ONE SEASON WONDERS"...this term doesnt suite him, its way to sophisticated for a COW like him...LOOKING FOR TRAILS IN EUROPE, FRENCH SECOND STRING NOGAL!!!! quality my left foot RATs...

again keep on swearing, you not doing anything abnormal...you are just beign yourselves...SLIMY, stinking CREATURES!!!

TMG 2009: 2012-01-17 12:47

hands off "CHIEFS PLAYERS" idiot!!! lets your RATs useless COWs do better overseas then we can talk...

KidKudu7: 2012-01-17 12:55

Some idiot zebra fan called TMG 2009 needs some serious help indeed!!!

Marlon: 2012-01-17 12:57

Thank god a truely young South African wishes to actually go to Europe. Pirates will never let him go however. Not before they pay £30 million. He will only be allowed to go to Europe when he is 28 years old. God help us.

KidKudu7: 2012-01-17 12:57

Monaco is a big club with rich history in both France & Europe. Drogba is right to make a move for a trial there, I don't see anything wrong & he'll get a valuable experience there!!!

UP THE BUCS FOR LYF!!!!!!!!!!!

mhlanga: 2012-01-17 13:44

@ TMG the more you try to inteligent the more you expose you low IQ. Do yourself a favour and keep quiet MORON! What's the differnce between Monaco and Crystal Palace? Let me put you out of your missery they're both 2nd tier leagues of both France and England. You ain't saying nothing about Tshabalala's failed trial with N'Forest. Jy is DOM KOP JY. Go get your refund from your primary school Sbhanxa!!

TMG 2009: 2012-01-17 15:00

Mothusi, selective as usual with your RAT like, have you ever read an article about the formal request from palace asking for SHABBA to come for trails? what about reports from palace confirming his arrival at the club? his manager confirmed that too...

anyway i learned all this stupidity from RATs, MARAPO can confirm this for you he is the biggest noise maker off them all at RAT-ville...mhlanga the intelligent RAT CONSTIPATED from eating rubbish, your COW failed to get invited at FRENCH second string he is just imposing himself on MONACO who are not really interested in him...whereas the COW called nyawana was called to try his luck and failed, but never has he ever imposed himself on any team...and i know that they are both second division teams i read the article!!! this boy is just an insult to COWS...

wena MARAPO go quote all those articles and stop been selective...you just like these journalist!!!

TMG 2009: 2012-01-17 15:09
