Mzava impresses Tel Aviv

KickOff.com can confirm that Limbikani Mzava would be a Hapoel Tel Aviv player as soon as Bloemfontein Celtic name their price.
The Malawian international left on Friday last week for a 10-day trial with the Israeli giants, but Mzava has made an immediate impression and the club wants to do a deal as quickly as possible.
"After only one training session, Limbikani has impressed Hapoel Tel Aviv and now they want to sign him subject to the two clubs agreeing a transfer fee. By this week sometime a deal could be thrashed out," Mzava's agent Walter Mokoena informs KickOff.com.
"I spoke to the boy yesterday [Sunday] and he is very comfortable there and I also spoke to Khumbulani Konco [the Celtic CEO] and he says the management meets tomorrow and they will come up with a price. The club wants to buy the boy outright," Mokoena says.
Incredibly, the 18-year-old has not even played a single match for ‘Siwelele' since signing for the club about six months ago from Escom United.
"The player has not even played one match for Celtic and I know Celtic will be reasonable… They could make three or four times what they bought him for a few months ago. Also, Celtic have exhausted their foreign quota so Limbikani is not even registered so there is no point keeping him," he says.
"Tel Aviv are the Kaizer Chiefs of Israeli football so Limbikani will be joining a big club," Mokoena adds.
If he signs, Mzava will become a teammate of South African defender Bevan Fransman at the Israeli club.
