Bidvest Wits striker Sifiso Vilakazi trying to convince his wife of move to AmaZulu

Vilakazi trying to convince his wife of move

Family pressure seems to be a stumbling block in Sifiso Vilakazi's proposed move to AmaZulu.

Bidvest Wits have agreed to sell the striker to Usuthu, but Vilakazi is facing challenges if he relocates from Johannesburg to Durban.

"It's not like I don't want to move, I have said it that I'm ready to move to another club, but my problem is that my wife works here and she doesn't want me to move away," Vilakazi tells KickOff.com.

"Also, I have business which I'm running here in Gauteng and my kids study at school here, so it will be difficult for me to move away from Jo'burg. My wife comes home from work late and I'm the one who is taking the kids to school and fetching them back.

"For them to go to another city, it would be difficult to adjust, but we will see," he says.

The 32-year-old says he has not decided anything yet: "I'm still talking to my wife and hopefully she will allow me to leave, but it's not easy!"

There is no option here firsts its your wife, second its your kids, third its your business. To me it doesn't look like you want to go to Durban,I think you using this opportunity to market yourself for a team in Gauteng.Good LUCK!

Hay bra Stay in Jozi, You have already established yourself there, i am sure amazulu wont pay you more than Wits does if so the difference will be very small.Your wife and kids are important than Amazulu, try Swallows if you want to change employers even the rats might think of a swop deal

@ Makaykay
Can't agree more cos u r so spot on, the guy seems to be on a self marketing ploy to the Gauteng teams.

Have you ever heard of a saying " you loose money when chasing women and never loose women when chasing money"

He forgets that he must buy food and basic necessities for his family with the money he's hard working for, otherwise the same wife would be the first to run away just like pride when tough time***** the family.
