Posted: 10 January 2012 Time: 2:11 pm

Former youth international, Solomon Owello has been hospitalized in an undisclosed hospital in Lagos over Malaria symptoms.

The Canada 2007 Under-20 World Cup star was scheduled to resume training with IK Start on Monday but could not make the trip back to Norway.   “He has malaria and has been admitted to hospital in Nigeria. He has been sick almost the whole of December,” teammate Olufemi Oladapo said.   The report further added that IK Start will examine Owello to know the extent of illness when he returns to the club from vacation.   The 23-year-old play-maker it would be recalled started 27 games in the league last term.   The Kristiansand based club were relegated from the Tippeligaen last term, after finishing 15th on the log.

Why are the Northern Governors, Senators, Emirs and Islamic leaders ain't condemning the senseless killings by their kinsmen?. Why is that none of them are condemning this inhuman and senseless killing if they are not in support of it?. What are they telling the rest of the country, that they can get away with anything? We shall soon find out. I say they all in support of what that is going on, the killings perpetuating by this almajiris and their jobless and clueless youth created by their leaders over the years.

Half time score line: Nigeria 0 Angola 0.

Lets keep the struggle alive. Corruption must go, refineries must work, electricity must shine, roads must be motorable, and fuel sold at affordable and corruption free prices.

Aluta continua, victoria ascerta!
