The Sudanese national team has named Nigeria-born strikers Kelechi Osunwa and Kayode Sherif Sule in a provisional squad for its Africa Cup of Nations 2012 campaign.
Osunwa, 27, who plays at Al Merreikh and Al Hilal’s Sule will have an opportunity to play at the Afcon when it begins on January 21.
Top scorer in the Sudanese league for three seasons, Osunwa played for Nigeria twice in 2004, but not in competitive matches, allowing him to still switch nationality to Sudan. On his part, 23 year-old Sule has never played for his country of birth.
Two other Nigeria-born players, Francis Ikechukwu and Isaac Malik, failed to make the Sudanese squad due to the lack of time in processing their international passports.

Meanwhile, Nigeria has abundant talents and everyone cannot play for Super Eagles at once. So, congrats to those selected by the Sudanese.
one out of every four Africans is Nigerian, a true fact and not hypothetical guess .
My humble question is : What plans do we have towards changing the ills in our society this 2012 ???
Una well done o.
