Bucs out to steal 'Cup Kings' title

Orlando Pirates have vowed to win everything on offer this season as they look to become the new "Cup Kings" of South African football.
After winning the MTN8 and the Telkom Knockout trophies so far, the Bucs are now looking to scoop the Nedbank Cup as well as successfully defending their Premier League title.
The "Cup Kings" of South African football are Kaizer Chiefs, who since their formation in 1970 have won more trophies than any other team in the history of South African football.
Despite their title drought, Chiefs are still ahead of bitter rivals Pirates when it comes to a head count of the number of titles between the two sides.
Since the dawn of the modern South African Premier Soccer League (PSL) in 1996, Chiefs have won a massive 17 titles while Pirates have scooped 11 during the same period.
However, the tide is now turning with Pirates winning three titles last season (the Premiership, MTN8 Cup and the Nedbank Cup) compared to Chiefs' single triumph in the Telkom Knockout.
The trend has continued this season with Chiefs yet to win any silverware while the Bucs already have two titles in their trophy cabinet at Mayfair.
"We are going to sweep everything that is on offer this season," declares Bucs skipper Lucky Lekgwathi in a chat with KickOff.com.
"We have done well so far but the hunger is still there to add more trophies.
"The chairman has told us that his desire is to secure all trophies of the competitions that we will be taking part in and we are geared to do that," adds the defender.
