A number of Premiership clubs are after highly rated defender Roscoe Pietersen, but Chippa United have put a price tag of R5-million on his head.
The 22-year-old, cousin of Golden Arrows defender Robyn Johannes, has attracted interest from both Bloemfontein Celtic and Arrows.
AmaZulu are reportedly also keeping a close eye on the Cape Town-born player, who has been revelation for the First Division side this season.
But Chippa United boss Siviwe 'Chippa' Mpengesi warns any team interested must be prepared to flash the cash.
"The boy has a contract with us and is not for sale at the moment. Any team that is interested in him must be prepared to fork out no less than R5-million," Mpengesi tells KickOff.com.
The Cape Town-based businessman adds that his mission is to get his team to the Premiership, not to sell players.
"We started the season on a bad note. This was our first time playing in the First Division and a lot of things were new to us, but now we have learnt the lessons.
"Things have improved a lot in the past few games and our vision is to qualify for the Play-offs at the end of the season."
Chippa United recently appointed former Kick Off publisher and AmaZulu striker George Dearnaley as general manager.
