Orlando Pirates, Ajax Cape Town and Witbank Spurs will appear in front of the PSL DC next week to face charges to do with their playing kit.

Orlando Pirates will appear in front of the PSL DC next week to face two charges, one being a failure to produce an alternative kit against Bidvest Wits at the weekend.

The second charge is for failing to change their outfit when the referee asked them to.

Pirates were requested to change their shorts and socks from black to another colour, because the home team,  Wits, were wearing navy shorts and socks.

Both requests are part of rule 12.2 and 12.3 of the PSL kit manual.

Ajax Cape Town are also being changed by the PSL DC, for failing to put a sponsor logo on the right side of their jersey.

In their match against SuperSport United on November 18, Brent Carelse wore a jersey that did not have a sponsor [Absa] logo on the right-arm sleeve, contravening rule 9.1 of the kit manual.

Third, Witbank Spurs failed to produce a team jersey at the pre-match meeting ahead of their match against Chippa United on November 18, contravening section 4.2 of the kit manual. This is classed as 'misconduct' in the compliance manual.

@Dr Ndivhuwo Pirates has two kits this season ntathe,we have a red and the black kit,the white kit you talking about hayi i dont know,you see thats why i hate talking football with people who have minimal advantage...we launched ony two kits this season and we made it clear that the red kit was away kit...we couldnt have worn the red kit while Wits were wearing pink and alternatively they have a navy kit which clashes with black..so what was Pirates suppose to wear?

To answer your question :We we beaten by Wits and there was no Lekgwathi,Cloete,Jali,Mac Carthy ,Klate and Manyisa came at the deep end and u see what happened after the introduction of Oupa "Ïnesta"Manyisa.
This players are the ones from the best eleven.
I am not making excusses that Wits beat us without our key players but I was just comparing with Chiefs that what will hapened if there were no players that i mentioned from Chiefs.

If OPFC have red sa away,why they did not use red shorts and socks with their black tops,mr ref asked them to use different colour on socks and shorts why they never use away kit.poor management in deed,pls refer to the article and dont blame psl there are rules to be followed,see below

Orlando Pirates is not going to roll over n let home teams do as they like. Wits has a home kit, not what they were wearing that day, OPFC has two kits a red one which is an away kit and a black one which is a home kit, Wits wore a pink shirt which clashez with our away kit then they wore navy shorts n socks which clashes with our home kit, So what was the ref suggesting? That we wear what is not our kit? if we wear black shirts and red shorts n socks that is not our kit, we do not hv such a kit.We are a proffessional team not a family business to just wear half a home kit n complete it with half an away kit. The DC must sober up.
