Mothibantwa signs with Atlie FC

Posted: 2011-11-22 22:32

Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Lebogang Mothibantwa will be playing in the First Division this season after signing with Atlie FC today (Tuesday).

Mothibantwa, who has joined former Bucs Excellent Walaza and Reason Chiloane at the First Division outfit, has signed a seven-month contract with the Tembisa-based side.

Mothibantwa recently returned from trials in Malaysia, and was also linked to Mpumalanga Black Aces.

Speaking in an interview with KickOff.com, Mothibantwa's manager Machini Motloung confirms that the former Bloemfontein Celtic player is now the property of Atlie.

"There were several offers for Lebo, including Aces, but his deal with Atlie was more appealing than the rest," Motloung says.

"He has signed with them until the end of the season."

@mokone this boy dug his own grave by going on a drinking spree whirlst he was injured...so what is it that OPFC was supposed to do when himself could not take his career serious...and he made it worse at cape town(vasco da gama) when him,excellent and Zongo used to make parties even during the week...please spear us with pirates waisting players talents...whereas they r the one's who spoil their careers....

@gallore
why is he the only victim of partying while those who are injury free & available 4 selection are not victims?remember what happened this past weekend @ woodmead & what was reported few weeks back.Why dont they chase the whole players who leave @ woodmead as they 2 are always partying even during the week?stop protecting this pathetic team & face the facts.
