After a belated start to their First Division campaign this season, FC AK have hit the ground running with five points in their first three games.
FC AK notched a 4-3 win over Witbank Spurs at the Ackerville Stadium on Sunday after drawing with Bay United and then AmaTuks in their opening catch-up fixtures.
Skipper veteran Zimbabwean Elasto Kapowezha and Kyle Koert added to a brace by Joshua Sauls for a victory that sees the club move from the bottom of the 16-team log to 14th position.
On Wednesday, FC AK will meet second-placed Blackburn Rovers at the Eldorado Park Stadium and then travel to the Mother City to clash with FC Cape Town at the weekend.
