Caf will organise a workshop in Egypt for head coaches of its 53 affiliated nations from April 21 to April 23 as part of its efforts towards developing the game.
The objective of the two-day workshop is to review the 26th MTN Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana and also identify key challenges in the pursuit of developing African football.
Egypt won the tournament for a record sixth-time after beating Cameroon 1-0 in the final.
In attendance also will be experts from the world soccer governing body, Fifa and Uefa.
Caf Director of Football Development, Abdel Moneim Hussein said, “Having diversified opinions are essential elements in shaping the future of African football, especially with those who have the responsibility to prepare a team for its success and failure.”
It is the third edition of the series, which was hosted by Ghana in 2004 and Morocco in 2006.
