Local coaches are predicting a tough and exciting MTN8 Final between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday.
Speaking to KickOff.com, Moroka Swallows coach Gordon Igesund predicted that the outcome will be decided on penalties.
"It's going to be a tough and exciting Final, Chiefs are in top form with Dladla and Majoro scoring goals. Pirates are also enjoying their best from in recent times. Both teams are hungry for glory but I don't see many goals scored in the game. I think is going to be 1-0 or decided on penalties."
"It is like a lottery, anyone can win it," says the former Pirates coach.
Bloemfontein Celtic coach Clinton Larsen however, has put his money on Chiefs to beat Pirates.
"It's going to be a tough game. Pirates have a physiological advantage over Chiefs based on their past two victories in the pre-season. But I have been very impressed with Chiefs since the beginning of new season. They are scoring goals.
"Both Majoro and Dladla are on fire upfront and Parker is improving as well as Yeye who is returning back from injury. There is going to be no Benni for Pirates and there is no extra fire upfront so I see Chiefs winning on Saturday."
Young up and coming coach Sello Chokoe who orchestrated the defeat of Chiefs in the Nedbank Cup while still with Vodacom side Baroka FC last season, believes that Pirates will walk away with the trophy.
"Pirates have got quality. Chiefs also have good players like Majoro and Parker but you when you close down Shabba half the job is done. He is the most dangerous player at Chiefs at moment. Pirates play collectively as a team and even if you close down Tlou Segolela but there will always be Mbuyane to shine."
Thanda Royal Zulu assistant coach Milton Dlamini shares Chokoe's sentiments and says the Ghost will have the last laugh on Saturday.
