Goalkeeper Adam Larsen Kwarasey has joined up with the Black Stars for the first time ahead of their international friendly against Nigeria on Tuesday.

The Norway born goalkeeper was given the all clear by Fifa to play for the Black Stars recently and checked into the team base in Watford for the game, beaming with smiles.

He will be back up for goalkeeper Richard Kingson and may well play a part in the game on Tuesday with coach Goran Stevanovic keen to boost his goalkeeping options.

The Serbian arrived late on Sunday night and will take the Black Stars through their only training session before the game later on Tuesday evening.

In addition to Kwarasey,  Samuel Inkoom, Dede Ayew, Prince Buabeng, Isaac Vorsah, John Paintsil, John Mensah, Dominic Adiyiah, Albert Adomah and Jonathan Mensah have all arrived in Watford for the international friendly.

Ghanians are very funny people, you have left all the quality goalkeepers in Ghana and call up somebody in division 2. Or i think its because of inferiority you people always have when you see white people or somebody from western world, you guys never practice what you preach, i always hear from you lets promote our local food, local industry, local players, local water, local kenkey, etc but that is the the issue on the round. or is this another Agogo and prince kelvin?? or just to bring another buger for Ghana girls??

@michus, you a senseless because you shoul know that Etuhu express his right to choose like the way ghana choose to accept gay and l es bi an. maybe you hve forgotten that even Essein sometimes decide not to play for ghana and its not insult to you? Odewinge is outstanding striker and not like agogo.
