Kotoko to face Nania in FA Cup Final

Kumasi Asante Kotoko will face Nania FC in the Final of the 2011 MTN FA Cup after beating Wa All Stars in their semi-final meeting.

The Porcupine Warriors came through via penalties days after they suffered from the spot against Berekum Arsenals in the President's Cup.

But this time with a place in the final of the FA Cup at stake, they held their nerve, and will now line up against Abedi Pele's Nania FC later.

There were no goals in regulation time as well as extra time before Kotoko took their chance in the penalty shootout.

Stephen Oduro tucked away the kick that won it for the before Adnan Saeed failed to put his away for All Stars.

The winner of the FA Cup Final will represent Ghana in the CAF Confederation Cup next year and Kotoko, who failed to land the League title, are desperate to land that.

But they must beat a Nania FC side, coached by the great Abedi Pele, and who showed great character to get past League champions Berekum Chelsea in the semi-finals.
