Pirates trounce Celtic

Orlando Pirates beat Bloemfontein Celtic 3-0 to hand new coach Owen da Gama his first win in charge of the Buccaneers in an Absa Premier League match at ellis Park on Friday night.
Bennett Chenene opened the scoring for the hosts, before a brace by Execllent Walaza rounded off the score.
Da Gama opted for a youthful starting line-up and the confidence installed in the youngsters was evident as they dominated from the offset.
However, although the Buccaneers dominated, they could not captalise on this in the first half, with the match remaining goalless at the break.
Pirates took the lead in the 54th minute when Chenene scored from close range.
Walaza doubled their lead in the 70th minute when he latched onto a pass by Teko Modise to fire home.
The striker completed his brace six minutes later when he received another good pass from Modise to make it 3-0.
Celtic looked completely out of sorts and could not match the pace of the Pirates youngsters.
