Tlou Segolela says winning the Treble with Orlando Pirates will go down as his best achievement in his career.

The Buccaneers lifted the Nedbank Cup on Saturday to add to their already impressive season, which includes winning the League last weekend and the MTN8 Cup earlier this season.

Speaking to KickOff.com after they beat Black Leopards 3-1 in the Final at Mbombela Stadium, 'the Polokwane Express' says the team had belief as players that they can achieve the Treble.

“Well I’m happy for the team and for myself, it's one of the greatest achievements, which will go down in history in the PSL,” he says.

“We had quality players, this is the reason why – it has brought the best from the team and managed to get this kind of achievement. From the start if you look at the depth we had in the team the players they bought in the beginning of the season we had that believe that we can go all the way, “he adds.

“We believed in ourselves and we managed to showcase the talent that’s why we managed to go all the way to achieve this result and we are all happy as a team,” he says.

Segolela also reveals that they have already set their sights in doing well in the CAF Champions League and, with the players they have, he is confident that they can to do well in Africa.

“Now we have to look ahead, this is Africa we have to go and challenge the best teams in Africa. I believe that we have the talent enough to challenge the best in Africa and I know we can do it,” he concludes.

Bucselona : 2011-05-29 09:42

Galaxy of stars will win all awards tmrw. No one in the PSL wil stand on thd way of the mighty Bucs players. Serero is a small boy who can't do anything. It's high time 4 Pitso 2 select all Bucs players 4 Bafana. We hav quality & quantity!

We can allow Leopards to taste the CAF competition, it's fine. We are so spoiled for choice i.t.o competitions, hey? You'll love this team even if you are an angry fan now.

I recall when the duo on the picture joined us the so called ****ysts including the ones in this blog said the duo was supposed to stay in their respective clubs. How can they join the club that doesn't know how to win trophies. Some of them went on to predict, bravely at the same time STUPIDLY so, that "this is the end of Daine's career" by joining OPFC. Now?

Why not Bakaniya? What did the "3 mabone" bring for them now? ZERO results. They turn to brag about small, petty and useless things when people celebrate and embrace big things.

I thought his funeral was yesterday because I was told that he died of heart complication last weekend immediately after Mr Robert Sithole blew the final whistle in Orlando. I don't whether it was a coincidence that he passed on immediately after the game or indeed he died as a result of the results of the game.

One thing 4 sure is that if you continue with this undying attitude, believe me you'll make it in the best teams in Africa. We can't wait to get another star in our jersey . You know chips supporters are so desparate to celebrate something, when Black Nyangas scored first during the final they were celebrating like Moutang had bought Messi or Ronaldo. They couldnt hide their desperation to win something now they support every team that is playing against pirates. Shame on you Makhosikazi Supportes

Knowledge Musona's goal against Mpumalanga B/aces was suppose to be ABSA PL goal of the season considering where he was positioned when Rambo flighted in that superb cross. In a twingering of an eye, he let go a bicyle kick that left the defense and goal keeper motionless. That was a goal cooked in heaven, it was so quick but to my surprise that award was given to Tlou Makopolo Segolela who was just sprinting without any challenge neither skill, poor decision. Musona , you were robed
