Inland Stream champions Jomo Cosmos will travel to Port Elizabeth to face Bay United in the first leg of the two legged contest that will determine who replaces Mpumalanga Black Aces in the Premiership next season.
Cosmos will then host the return leg at their adopted new home Makhulong Stadium in Tembisa the following weekend, May 22.
The loser of the match between Cosmos and Bay will then face Thanda Royal Zulu – the Coastal Stream runners-up – in one of two semi-finals to determine the 16th team to play in the Premiership next season.
In the other semi-final the team that finishes 15th in the Premiership – either Vasco da Gama or Moroka Swallows – will then play the Inland Stream runners-up that is bound to be either University of Pretoria or Black Leopards.
The Inland Stream season has ended with AmaTuks in second place, but Leopards have appealed against the decision to dock them three points for using an improperly registered player.
In the event that Leopards win the appeal they will go above Tuks with 38 points compared to Tuks' 37.
Both semi-finals will be played on the same day, with the first leg on May 25 and the return on May 29.
The winners of the two semi-finals will then proceed to a two-legged final on June 11 and June 18.
