Moon returning to Panathinaikos in Greece

Golden Arrows midfielder Bryce Moon has revealed that he will be going back to Greece to rejoin Panathinaikos when his loan deal expires at the end of the season.

Moon spent the season in South Africa, but failed to command a regular place at Arrows.

The KwaZulu-Natal-born midfielder says he is keen to return to Europe to honour his contract with the Greek team.

“I am still contracted to Panathinaikos until next year and I am going back to Greece next season,” Moon says.

The former Ajax Cape Town midfielder is still due to appear in court this year on charges relating to culpable homicide and reckless driving after allegedly knocking down a pedestrian in Sandton in 2009.
