Chikwakwai was loaned out after he failed to get a contract at First Division Coastal Stream side Hanover Park, where he had a successful six-month stint last season. The last time he played in Mozambique, Chikwaikwai scored nine goals in 13 matches during a six-month loan spell at Liga Muculmana. Four seasons ago he finished top scorer in the Zimbabwe PSL with 23 goals for Sundowns and was named Zimbabwe"s 2008 Soccer Star of the Year. Prior to joining the Students, he had already scored nine goals in just 11 games, leading to the belief that he would continue his rich goal scoring form. The striker has also previously had trials in France.
