Asante Kotoko coach Bogdan Korak has urged his players to make a final push towards a good finish in the Glo league after their 2-0 win over Hearts of Oak in Accra.
Kotoko won with two first half goals from Ivorian Ahmed Toure and Daniel Nii Adjei to move into third place, one point behind Medeama in second and thirteen behind leaders Chelsea.
Korai saw enough to be convinced his players will grow better in the final weeks of the season.
He said: “The match was good. The team played well. The tension was there but they delivered the right result. I am happy and everybody is happy.
“We have players in good condition. They are well disciplined. That is good for the team. There will be more hard work, hard training, and more good play. I hope to get Kotoko playing better next time.”
