New Mpumalanga Black Aces coach Paul Dolezar has been granted a work permit, which allows him to sit on the bench tonight against Bloemfontein Celtic.
The Frenchman was appointed late in December, but missed Amazayoni's first match of this year - a 0-1 loss to Maritzburg United on January 7- due to a delay in processing the work permit. Allegations surfaced that the delay was caused by Dolezar allegedly undertaking training sessions when he hadn't got his work permit and when officials from the Department of Home Affairs got wind of this they apparently pulled a plug on his application. However, KickOff.com can confirm that's now water under the bridge as Dolezar has his work permit in hand. Black Aces clash against Bloemfontein Celtic tonight at the Mbombela stadium and Black Aces' team affairs liaison officer ‘Thethe' Mogotsi confirms Dolezar will guide his charges for the first time. "I just got his work permit now meaning he will be on the bench tonight," Mogotsi confirms. Meanwhile, Black Aces have appointed a new communications officer in Phillip Magagula, who was chairman of the Aces Greater Emalahleni supporters branch.
