Former Orlando Pirates coach Milutin 'Micho' Sredejovic is over the moon after taking Sudan giants Al-Hilal to the semi-final stage of the 2010 CAF Confederation Cup.
"This is a very big win for me as a coach, for the team and the entire management and fans of Al-Hilal," said the Serbian coach after his charges beat Libya's Al-Ittihad 2-0 in Khartoum on Sunday night.
"Now that we have qualified for the semi-finals, we have achieved one target of getting there and now we shall work very hard to give to our club the biggest gift in club history," Micho told Cafonline.com.
"I am very happy that I joined Al-Hilal because they are very ambitious and every body works really hard," added Micho who apart from leading Bucs, has also coached SC Villa (Uganda), Young Africans (Tanzania) and St George (Ethiopia).
Guiding the Sudanese giants to the semi-finals of the Confederations Cup is Micho's second biggest achievement in the continent after helping Pirates reach the semifinals of the CAF Champions League in 2006.
