Nigeria's national Under-17 team have moved to Kaduna as they rev up preparations for this weekend's tie against Congo DR.

The match is the second leg of the qualifier for the African Under-17 Championship in Rwanda, and the Golden Eaglets must overturn a 0-2 first leg deficit.

Monday Odigie's wards have been camped at the FIFA Goal Project Centre in Abuja since June.

Their opponents are expected to arrive on Friday, with the game scheduled for Sunday September 12.

Oka, spot on!
If age plays football, Zidane will still be going strong.
Yakubu, Yobo, and ****tu, Benni, Kanu will be super stars going from Strength to Strength, not Messi, Rooney and those U-25 years of age players like Balotelli, Aguero, Villa, De Rossi and co.
On Level Playing field, the younger players performs better, swifter, lighter and faster! End of story!

... and Oh, I expect the Eaglets to be buoyed by the massive home support and go for glory!
They will overturn a 2-0 deficit and dispatch Congo even though I expect a lot of resistant. Being in camp for a long time will make them jell together, understand each other, and be extra focused and determined! Viva Eaglets!

wish them luck.

I think the time to stop talking is here,we have to move as ordinary Nigerians and stop the aid of FIFA on corruption in our sport.
What else does FIFA need to kw? That the people we HAD and have in our football house are all corrupt, and yet they still aid them by threating 150million Nigerians with a BAN.
Is Fifa happy with the state of football in Africa? No development, corruption happening every where, the leagues are 40years backward compared to leagues in Europe.Does fifa like Africa being backward?corruption and unprofessionalism are one of the reasons any African team has not passed the quarter final of the world cup,it seems to me that FIFA is happy with that.
we must all stand against FIFA and let them know that our fight against corruption is greater that their rules.
I heard there was group set up here to move Nigeria football forward, has this group written to FIFA as ordinary Nigerians? The likes of chief segun odegbami cant do it alone,we must help them fight this WAR.
From next month when i get my acts together i wld send fifa a letter once every week until they allow law take its place in Nigerian football with out a ban.
should we write as a group or as individuals?
I got this fifa addy on line!any other addy? or email?

All you guys that come here and bla bla bla you mouth how Siasia is a good coach should go and jump into the lagoon. You guys must go and see what Siasia did to Heartland FC. The Same team that scores goals with little problem under the teams former coach was turned to garbage under Siasia. If NFF make Siasia SE coach, that will be the dead-end of Nigerian Eagles. I know that all those Niger Delta MILITANTS and kidnapers in this forum who are the cohort of Siasia will open their mouth. God will punish you all and whoever that brought him to kill heartland FC with his stupid tactics.
